Leona Irene Fuytinck, 88, passed away May 22, 2023.

Graveside Services: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 27, 2023, Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, 5725 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, Texas 76034. Open Visitation: 11:00 a.m., to 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 26th at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook, Texas 76126.

Leona was born April 19, 1935 in Chester, Oklahoma to Ira Earnest Hoskins and Lola May Leonard Hoskins. She received her R in Enid, Oklahoma. After marrying Joseph Fuytinck they moved to Texas where she worked at All Saints Hospital. She was Director of Nurses at North West Hospital, then worked at Texas Health Harris Fort Worth in the Chemo Department, where she retired.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Joseph B. Fuytinck in 2013.

Survivors: Son, Joseph E. Fuytinck; grandson, Joseph L. Fuytinck; great-granddaughters, Kaylein Nichole and Hannah Marie; and her many beloved cats.
