John Quinn

John Michael Quinn, 72, of Denton, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on July 14, 2017. A long battle with dementia and a stroke in April of 2016 left him with many obstacles to overcome . His love of the Lord and his family always present.
John was born April 25, 1945 in Germany to John J. and Elsa Quinn. He graduated high school in El Paso. He was retired for ten years.
John was a gentle and sweet man that will be so missed by family and friends.
John was preceded in death by his parents, son-in-law, Chris Neel, and uncle, Bud Quinn.
Survivors: Son John "Johnny" Quinn and wife Morgan, and their daughters Lexani, Asanti, and Diviniti; exwife Betty Quinn; sister June Quinn and husband Ramon Arambarri and their son Adam of Colorado; daughter Lori Neel; and their son Ryan, and daughter Morgan of New Mexico; step-children, Wayne and Janis Neal of Markum, Rhonda Price of Granbury and her sons Christopher Bauman and Dustin Roberson, and daughter Laura Hornaday and her son Brody Smith; uncle William "Bob" Quinn and wife Mary Ellen and their children and grandchildren of Chicago, Ill.; and aunt Re Stapleman and her sons in Arizona.
