Jerry D. "J.D." Williams, 70, passed away June 20, 2017 surrounded by his wife, his puppy, Bella, and close friends, after a long battle with cancer.

Born Oct. 18, 1946 in Weatherford, he was active in baseball and boxing and served 8 years in the Army National Guard. As a longtime resident of Fort Worth, he owned and operated Airco Precision Service Co. and Airco West Supply. J.D. was best known for his love of animals, especially his dachshunds.
J.D. was preceded in death by his parents, Richard F. and Bonnie Belle Williams; sisters, Bonnie Ruth Britton, Ann Keller, Roberta Woodward, Beatrice Listello, and LeeAnn (Pansy) Schaupp; brothers, Fred Williams and Carlie Williams; and stepdaughter, Amy L. Cross.
Survivors: Wife, Cindy Williams; brother, Ronnie R. Williams; daughters, Kimberly Spangler and Sara Fraze; grandchildren, Summer Anderson, Ryan Cross and Abbygail Cross; in-laws, Donna and Mike Davis, Rocky and Tammy Holcomb, Sue and Gayland Looper, Teresa and Rick Pell; and many loving nieces and nephews.
