Jack David Walsh, 80, of Benbrook, was called home on Thursday, August 30, 2018.
FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:30 p.m., Saturday, September, 8, 2018 at Faith Lutheran Church, 4551 Southwest Blvd, Fort Worth. VISITATION: 6 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Winscott Road Funeral Home, 1001 Winscott Road, Benbrook 76126. INTERMENT: 1:15 p.m., Monday, September 10, 2018 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas.

Jack was born in Massillon, Ohio on July 16, 1938. He was raised in Clinton, Ohio and graduated from Northwest High School and the University of Akron. A proud veteran, he served four years in the United States Air Force. While stationed in Roswell, N.M., he met and married Mary Gale Gilmore on June 27, 1964. He spent his civilian career working as a Quality Assurance specialist.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Lois Walsh of Clinton, Ohio.
SURVIVORS: Wife of 54 years, Mary Gale Walsh; children and grandchildren: Shawn, Lisa, Davis and McKendry Walsh of Arlington, and Robyn Walsh and Jackson Walsh-Speake of Fort Worth; brother and wife, Mark & MiYong Walsh of Atwater, Ohio, and their children.
