Charlene Roberta Roper Summers, 76, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021.

Inurnment: 10:30 a.m., Friday, July 23, 2021, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211. The combined service will be for Charlene and her deceased husband, Sam who passed away and was cremated in 2010.

Charlene was born on September 11, 1944, in Ranger, Texas to John Henry Roper and Alice Roberta Houston Roper.

Survivors: Sister, Joe Anne Carter of Trenton, Texas; nieces, nephews, grandnieces, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, and her cat, Petey.
