Bill Worden

August 7, 1933 — March 3, 2015

FORT WORTH -- Bill "Froggy" Worden, loving husband, father and Granddad, died peacefully and went to be with Jesus on March 3, 2015 in Fort Worth at the age of 81.
Memorial service: 11 a.m., Thursday, March 12, 2015 at First United Methodist Church in Weatherford, with a reception to follow. His daughter Andrea Waitley will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Froggy's life.

Froggy was born Billy Frank Worden on August 7, 1933 in Haskell to Carl and Claudia Worden. He was retired from Lockheed Martin Corporation Aerospace Division as a flight line supervisor. Froggy was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the American Legion, National Guard and a Mason. He was a dedicated musician, avid reader and a friend to everyone he met. He loved to travel and tell the tales of all his adventures. Now in his own words he wanted to say "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT, I TOLD YOU THIS WOULD HAPPEN!"
Froggy is preceded in death by his son, David Worden and daughter, Elizabeth Ables.
Froggy is survived by his wife, Nonie; daughters, Andrea and husband Frank of Colorado, Alicia of Weatherford, Dianne and husband Shane of Euless; son, Michael and wife Stephanie of Euless; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; his sisters, Mary Gail and Rexie of Weatherford; and friends without number.
