Upon retirement, Ben loved to go fishing and hunting, especially with his precious grandsons, Austin, and Garrett. He loved family gatherings with Connie, Jason, Heather, and grandsons. Special times were remembered at Christmas and Thanksgiving with nieces, nephews, and their families.
Ben loved to work in the yard, especially on the riding lawn mower! He had special memories of our friends at Birchman Baptist Church where we attended. He was a man of faith and loved his family dearly. He enjoyed music of all kinds, but especially the old hymns, Chet Atkins and he loved to play his guitars. Ben enjoyed reading and studying his Bible every day and worked on home projects and his shop.
